TNT Angus - Bull Sale [2/26/25]

WELCOME

Welcome to our online bull sale!

What an exciting time to be in the cattle business! Hopefully these prosperous times are here to stay for the foreseeable future. With cattle numbers where they are it’s never been a more profitable time to own the factory and have such valuable product come wean- ing time. I’d like to thank all of our past customers for choosing to do business with us. I know there are a ton of options to get your genetics and we’re truly grateful for you choosing us! The sale format will remain unchanged from the past few years. It will be a timed online auction where all the lots remain open until all bidding is done. If you have any questions on how it works feel free to reach out. I have handled orders for people in the past. If you’re more comfortable with me bidding for you, just let me know. This has been a tremendous set of bulls to watch develop. Early in the spring you could start to see them take shape and they haven’t skipped a beat all winter. The front end and all the way on through is loaded with muscle shape, payweight, and quality. I’m not afraid to make a steer and I’m very proud of what we have kept intact. Our focus here is to produce functional, high performing cattle and that starts with the female. I cull ruthlessly on the cow herd, be it udder quality, production, or fertility. I need them to work for us because their progeny needs to work for you. The single most im- portant thing in a herd is profitability. They need to breed on time. They need to raise a quality calf, and they need to do it every year. We strive to improve our cow herd every year to try and bring you the highest quality set of bulls we can offer. If you have followed our program for very long, I think you can see the strides we’ve made, and I look forward to seeing where we are another 5-10 years down the road. There are no shortcuts in building a cow herd. It takes time and it takes good genetic and managerial decisions. I don’t always make the right decision but I’m quick to move on from a bad one. Health management has remained the same as previous years. Alpha 7 and Naselgen 3 PMH at birth. They’ve had two rounds of One Shot Ultra 7 and two rounds of Vision 7 Somnus with Spur. Poured twice with Cleanup II and Ivomec. Wormed with Dectomax injectible. This has probably been the healthiest set of calves we have had birth to yearling. The bulls have been developed with their future in mind. We pail fed for a good month while they ate long stem hay then switched to a TMR with ground alfalfa and millet hay. We add silage and a pellet with steam rolled corn from Hubbard. We never got higher than a 46 mcal for energy. They’ve done exceptionally well on this, and I think condition wise they’re about right where I’d want them if I were buying them. The bulls are 100% guaranteed. If you have problems let me know we will take care of it. We will semen test and freeze brand prior to delivery. If there is any problem with fertility, you don’t own them. We will give your money back or do a credit for subsequent sales whichever YOU prefer.

I encourage everyone to come and look prior to the sale at your conve- nience. Just give me a call or text and we can meet up and go through the offering. New this year I’m offering $100 rebate if you come before hand to view the bulls. Videos are nice but there’s no better way to evaluate them than in person. I’m confident you’ll like what you see!
