ENVIRONMENTAL, SOCIAL AND GOVERNANCE GRAHAM’s track record for ‘delivering lasting impact’ is evidenced in the £538.4m social return on investment delivered for communities across the UK and Ireland. As a responsible, sustainable business, the group has aligned its ESG strategy to the UN Sustainable Development Goals to help achieve ambitious social value and environmental targets. The business continues to invest heavily in the skills and development of its people and supply chain and was named the first UK organisation to achieve Investors in People (IIP) ‘We invest in Wellbeing Platinum’. It continues to maintain IIP ‘We invest in People Platinum’ – an accolade that only 5% of organisations across all industries achieve. GRAHAM also achieved ‘Investor in Diversity Gold’ and ranked number one in the Top 100 Equality, Diversity and Inclusion companies in the UK. T: +44 (0)28 9268 9500
The GRAHAM family has been a steadfast supporter of the CEF, with a rich history of leadership and involvement. James P Graham was the first chairman from 1945 to 1968, a legacy that was carried forward by JEL Graham from 1980 to 1982, and continues with current Chairman Michael Graham, who served from 2004 to 2006. CEF’s overarching goal of protecting the interests of those engaged in the construction industry aligns closely with the group’s values and purpose, and GRAHAM warmly congratulates the Federation on its 80-year anniversary. Collaborative, driven and innovative, GRAHAM delivers complex, multimillion pound projects in construction, civil engineering, interior fit out, facilities management and investment projects. The group’s focus on a sustainable growth model built on a platform of strategic supply chain management and selective work winning has resulted in a turnover of £1.125bn and a record pipeline of secured work in excess of £2bn.
GRAHAM prioritises robust governance and commercial management alongside a consistent focus on quality delivery and commitment to securing repeat business through the development of collaborative client relationships.
