9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. and Overnight Instructor: Brooks Crosby This 5-day program offers kids an immersive fishing experience in Colorado’s natural beauty, with overnight stays on Wednesday and Thursday nights at Cal-Wood Education Center. Participants will learn fishing fundamentals, explore rivers, and fish at Cal-Wood. Highlights include Fishing 101 at CA, river practice at Lair O’ the Bear, a day in Rocky Mountain National Park, and hands-on skill-building. This adventure fosters teamwork, outdoor skills, and lifelong memories.

Instructor: Tom Thorpe Share one of your unique ideas with the world by creating a project around it. Through Research, Entrepreneurship, Design and Inquiry, you’ll grow as a thinker and problem solver, and be better prepared for college, careers, and life. Expect two weeks of rigor, with freedom of creativity; and leave with a letter of recommendation and video of your final presentation.

Art of Nature $705 W5: July 7-July 11 Entering Grades: 3 4 5 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Instructor: Denver Audubon Join us in celebrating imagination, creativity, and the natural world! Explore wildlife and nature through various media, including drawing, painting, acting, storytelling, and more. Observe wildlife, catch critters, and practice scientific journaling and illustration. We’ll see artists in action at Redline Artist Studio and will visit inspiring locations like the Denver Botanic Gardens and the Denver Audubon Kingery Nature Center to ignite our creative passion. Beginner Fencing Camp $745 W1: June 9-June 13 Entering Grades: 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. W7: July 21-July 25 Entering Grades: 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Instructor: Denver Fencing Center Study the three Olympic fencing weapons through drills, games, and challenges. Use our fully electric scoring equipment and regulation- sized fencing strips. Camp culminates with an in-house tournament. Beginner Rock Climbing $1,040 W4: June 30-July 3 Entering Grades: 6 7 8 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Instructor: Colorado Mountain Club This course is geared towards beginners with little or no experience to intermediate climbers who want to learn the difference between indoor and outdoor rock climbing. Our qualified instructors will teach you about the gear and how to use it, climbing techniques to help you scale vertical walls, and technical skills like rappelling, belaying, and knot tying. Each day, we will visit a new location. The first day will be spent on our indoor climbing wall, while the remaining four days will take place at outdoor climbing locations along the Front Range. Beginning Golf $595 W1: June 9-June 13 Entering Grades: 4 5 6 7 8 9:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Instructor: Bob Ulrich Professional golf instruction by PGA teachers, on a par-3 course. Required: collared shirts and tailored shorts, golf clubs, balls, and tees. Driving range balls provided. Pull carts may be rented at Foothills for $3-4 per day.

From holding giant lizards, feeding tortoises, and touching playful stingrays, this week will be full of adventure for animal enthusiasts like you.
