Meet the Team

Name: Bailey Role: Apprentice Chef

Bailey has been with the company for over 8 years, first starting as an FSA and moving up into a apprentice Chef position. He enjoys playing Dungeons and Dragons in his spare time and cooking for family and friends. Name: Jack Role FSA Jack has been a member of the kitchen team for almost 18 months. He can list all 17 NRL Teams and enjoys listening to music and spending time with family and friends. He is known for his brightly coloured hair and his ability to make people smile. Name: Rikki Role: FSA Rikki is the quietest member of the kitchen team, she loves coming to work because of how productive and fun it is. She loves how we listen to music and have a good laugh but also learning skills such as texture modified diets and how to present food. Rikki enjoys seeing and meeting residents and likes to try make sure residents enjoy their meals and being a part of that. In her spare time she enjoys hanging out with her nephew and sister. Name: Ann Role: FSA Ann has been a member of Burpengary Manor for over a years, she is knows for her beautiful smile and bright bubbly personality. Ann loves to go skiing in France and narrowly missing owls in her car. Ann loves being a part of the “crazy fun and chaotic’ kitchen team. She is always ensuring the kitchen team stays hydrated with plenty of water and ice throughout the day and loves to advocate for residents and staff where she can. Name: Lauren Role: PCA & FSA What Lauren loves most about Burpengary Manor is the friendly and supportive staff, everyone is very approachable and easy to get along with, and loves how everyone works as a family. In her spare time, she loves to listen to music, draw and read. If she could travel anywhere in the world, it would be to travel to Japan and delve into their culture, enjoy their food especially since her comfort food is sushi, and visit their beautiful cities such as tokoyo. Lauren is addicted to coffee and will happily drink it even at 1am in the morning and says the secret to making a good dish is through relishing your dishes with passion!
