Learning Circle 13 Pre-Work

Skill Based Learning

Pre-work

Dear Colleagues

Skill based “On-the job learning” is a preferred method to train our colleagues, especially our entry level colleagues, to deliver Shangri-La hospitality to our guests. In order to deliver this learning, it is important for us to have deep understanding on “ What makes the On- job learning as an effective learning solution to our need!”.

In line with this, in our next learning circle, we will learn

Why “On the job Learning”?

• Developing “tool box sessions” for learning • Designing On the job learning plans • Assessing On the job learning • Leveraging technology to maximize On the job learning • Best practices in other industry • How millennials learn - On the job

For the preparation to attend this learning circle, please send the attached 2 pre-works.

Best Regards Selva Thangavel
