Volk Packaging to Host Customer Service Manager Forum in June Biddeford, Maine based Volk Packaging will host a Cus- tomer Service Manager Forum June 7–9 at its facility in Biddeford, Maine. The forum, hosted by owner and CEO, Derek Volk, is designed to unite customer service manag- ers from independent box plants for two days of structured discussion, plant-level insight, and practical idea sharing. Attendance to the event is limited to 12 participants. Highlights of the event will include a plant tour of Volk Packaging, participant-led company profiles with KPI dis- cussion, and open forums built around real-world chal- lenges submitted by attendees.
