Asphyxiation probably. Passed out, and choked on her own vomit. Can’t smell any alcohol on her - could’ve been a seizure, possibly drugs. SHERLOCK You know what it was, you’ve read the papers. JOHN She’s one of the suicides. The fourth one. LESTRADE Sherlock, two minutes I said. Need anything you’ve got. SHERLOCK Victim is in her late forties. Professional person going by her clothes - I’d guess something in the media, going by the frankly alarming shade of pink.
