How to Use Active Listening When Coaching
There is no greater trust builder between a leader and a person being managed or coached than active listening. Active listening is the ability to paraphrase or state back to somebody what they said or what they meant, ultimately creating greater clarification and understanding between the parties. This session will provide activities where participants will practice the art of active listening.
