How to Use Rating Questions
In the day-to-day world we typically do not use rating questions when socially conversing with friends or associates. Rating questions are a great way to understand how people see themselves and ultimately what they’re willing to do to improve. These are great tools yet should not be overused in a conversation when a leader is coaching. This session will facilitate the practice and use of rating questions specific to knowledge, skill, and behavior.
