Î Journal-Based Coaching: As your coaching target puts their strategies into practice and makes an effort to remain consistent in their follow-up with prospects, ask them to keep a journal in the coming weeks, noting strategies implemented that they have found success with, as well as strategies that they were not as successful with. What can they do to address those challenges in the future?
