What were the steps that they took in that conversation to make the client aware of that information, and what was the outcome of the conversation? Î Journal-Based Coaching: As they work to improve their ability to educate clients, have the employee keep a journal in the coming weeks with entries noting things that they have found to be successful and challenges they face in the process. How will they address those challenges in the future to create success?
