Learning to WOW Clients
Suggested Strategy: Utilize Peer-to-Peer Coaching to help the individual you are coaching get inspired to WOW their clients and learn what strategies their peers have in place for doing so.
Suggested Questions:
Î Hypothetical Question: Hypothetically, if you were a client here, what do you think it would take to really WOW you? Î Rating Question: On a scale of one to six, with six representing that you go above and beyond to WOW each and every client that you come into contact with and one representing that you never do that, where would you rate yourself and why? Î Success Imperative: What steps do you think we can take together to help you successfully prepare to WOW each client that you come into contact with?
Suggested Activities:
Î Whiteboard Coaching: On the left side of a whiteboard, write down the strategies that the individual would say that they currently take to WOW their clients. On the right side of the board, brainstorm with the individual some new ideas for strategies to WOW clients. Then, erase the left side of the board and write down the tools and skills that the individual should have to utilize those strategies on the right side of the board. You should also discuss with the individual how having new strategies in place will directly benefit their client relationships.
