What takeaways can the individual you are coaching put into practice in their own methods of maintaining positive energy in client interactions? Discuss their observations and the answers to these questions at your next coaching session.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
Π30-Second Coaching: Using positive reinforcement, take 30 seconds to verbally acknowledge the individual’s improvement in their positive energy when working with clients. Be specific in sharing with them the actions they have taken and how their efforts are beneficial as they work toward their goals that you had discussed previously.
