Î Tangible Successes: Assign each member of the team to keep track of three times during the coming week where they implemented the strategy and definition of effective communication. By the end of the week, they should email you and CC every member of the team (accountability).
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
Î 30-Second Coaching: Take 30 seconds to recognize verbally when a member of the team begins consistently practicing the definition of effective communication described by the team. Be specific in telling them what they are doing well and why it will benefit the team.
