Suggested Strategy: Using Define & Coach, begin your coaching conversation with defining the expectations set for your coaching target by their position and the company. This will create a coaching relationship in which miscommunication regarding expectations is minimal or nonexistent.

What Actions related to the definition of effective communication with dealers must the individual take to bring those opportunities within reach? What will the individual Love about reaching their goals?
