Suggested Learning Projects:

Î Journal Based Coaching: Have the employee track of the number of times they used emotional or opinion-based conversation tactics and how many times they used fact driven conversation. At the end of the week, have them share the numbers with you and how that activity reframed their association with conversations about conflict.

Supplemental Coaching Strategies:

Î 30-Second Coaching: Reinforce the employee’s ability to reframe their conversations by taking 30 seconds to verbally acknowledge. Be specific in letting them know what they did well and how it will benefit them on the path toward reaching their goal.
