Suggested Questions:

(When permission is granted, share your perceptions.) Î Reflective Question: I don’t want you to answer right away, I’m going to (get a coffee, use the restroom, etc.), but while I’m gone, I’d like you to think about what actions you might be willing to take in order to become confident in accepting feedback from others.

Suggested Activities:

Î GOAL-Based Coaching: What does this person hope to become Great at in their career? What Opportunities might present themselves as a result of this person becoming great? What Actions must they take in order to bring those opportunities within reach? What will they Love about reaching their goals?
