Î Self-Directed Learning: Each person on the team should come back to the next coaching session with one example of a situation during the week where they gave positive feedback to a peer. They should be prepared to discuss what went well and what they could have done better and how they will improve in their next feedback discussion. They should also note what impact giving that feedback might have on the team dynamic in the future.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
Î Non-Verbal Coaching: When you observe someone giving or receiving positive feedback to a teammate throughout the week, leave them a note on their desk letting them know that they did a good job and why. Make sure that your note is specific.
