Î GOAL-Based Coaching: What does the individual aspire to become Great at in their position with the company? What Opportunities might present themselves as a result of becoming great? What Actions does the individual think they must take to utilize their potential to the fullest to bring those opportunities within reach? What will the individual Love about reaching these goals?
