Î Whiteboard Coaching: On the left side of a whiteboard, ask the individual to walk you through a typical Peer-to-Peer check-in conversation that they would currently have. On the right side of the board, write down the definition from the beginning of the conversation of successful Peer-to-Peer check-in conversation. Then, erase the left side of the board and work together to create strategies and questions for them to implement to reach the description on the right side of the board. Examples of conversation pieces could be to ask their peer what they have specifically done to find success since your last conversation and what they feel they might want to improve upon and how they will specifically do that.
