Î Define & Coach: How do you think you would specifically define what it looks like to have an organized client base? Î Self-Actualized Question: What actions do you think you must take individually to help you implement that definition in the organization of your own client base?
Suggested Activities:
Î Teach Me: Ask the individual to walk you through how they typically keep their client base organized so that they know exactly what is going on with each client. Then, work with them to create the steps for them to take going forward so that they can further improve their organization of their client base. Î Teach Me: Have the individual explain three specific actions they will take in the coming week to organize their client base.
