Suggested Strategy: Find the employee’s current comfortability with their role and nurture their success through helping them find the actions to take to set their career goals and what steps to take to reach those goals.

Î Rating Question: On a scale of one to six, with six representing that you are ready to take on your new position with the tools necessary to reach your goals and one representing that you feel completely lost, where would you rate yourself and why? What actions can we take together to reach a six? Î Success Imperative: How will these actions help us set you up for ultimate success in your new position?
Suggested Activities:
Î GOAL-Based Coaching: What does the employee hope to become Great at in their new position? What Opportunities might be afforded to them by becoming great? What Actions must the employee take to bring those opportunities within reach as it relates to their preparation for their new position? What will the employee Love about reaching their new goals?
