Î Tangible Successes: Each person should come back to the next coaching session with two examples of when they exhibited behavior of a supportive teammate, based on the whiteboard strategy discussed as a group. They should also write down why this action is beneficial to building a strong team.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
Î Non-Verbal Coaching: Leave the members of the team notes on their desks when you notice they are exhibiting supportive behavior toward their teammates.
