Î Define & Coach: When thinking about delegation and how it can contribute to the success of a team, how do you think you would define what that successfully looks like? Î Self-Actualized Question: What actions do you think you must take in order to put that definition into practice as you delegate for the team to reach the highest possible level of success?
Suggested Activities:
Î Brainstorming: Discuss a strategy with the individual for them to implement delegation as appropriate to contribute to both the success of the individual and of the team. Î GOAL-Based Coaching: How does the success of the team help the individual reach their own goals? What does the individual need to become Great at for the team to succeed? What Opportunities might become available to the individual as a result of becoming great? What Actions related to becoming comfortable with delegation must the individual take to bring those opportunities within reach and help the team reach success? What will they Love about reaching these goals?
