Î Journal-Based Coaching: Have the manager keep track, in a journal of times that he/she notices during the week an opportunity for an employee to be coached. They should also write in the entry how they could use supplemental coaching strategies for that situation.
Supplemental Coaching Strategies:
Î Observational Coaching: Ask your coaching target to observe other leaders in the office as they coach their teams and have them take note of the most efficient coaching strategies their peers put into practice.
