Green Light: Let’s Get Going
1. What are you going to do to follow through successfully? 2. What are you going to do to raise your accountability and specifically what will that look like? 3. What are two things you feel like you need to do to increase your ability to follow through on projects and raise your accountability level?
Yellow Light: Needs Attention
1. What are two things you are willing to improve specific to accountability and follow through starting tomorrow morning knowing we have to improve things quickly? 2. In the spirit of a sense of urgency what do you think you can and are willing to do to improve your follow through to raise your accountability levels?
Red Light: Needs Immediate Attention
1. In the spirit of being transparent, things need to improve quickly. Hearing that, what are you willing to do and can do in a very short time frame? 2. In the spirit of transparency, we have to start improving things right away and I’d love to hear from you specifically what you’re willing to do and can do, knowing things need to turn around in an extremely short period of time?
