What have you done in the past with client interactions that’s been positive, and how will you bring that into your day-to-day work? 3. When it comes to client interaction, where do you feel like you have strengths, and where do you feel like you have an opportunity to improve?
Yellow Light: Needs Attention
1. The team needs to improve its customer service skills, and if you had to name one area you could start improving and focusing on immediately, what would that be and what would you do? 2. What would you advise the rest of the team to improve to begin raising our customer service scores successfully in a short time period?
Red Light: Needs Immediate Attention
1. Our customer interactions have faltered, and they need to improve immediately, and I wanted to ask you what do you feel like you could do specifically to your level of client interaction to facilitate that? How would you do it in a short period of time? 2. What are two things you could start doing better tomorrow knowing you had full control over them to help with our client interactions?
