Yellow Light: Needs Attention
1. One of the opportunities everybody has is to elevate their engagement, and if I had to tell you that you needed to do this in a short period of time, what would you specifically do? 2. What would those actions look like and what would you need from me to help you increase your engagement?
Red Light: Needs Immediate Attention
1. An increase in attentiveness will always lead to increased engagement. How can we rapidly improve that? 2. What do you think needs to occur to increase your engagement quickly and succinctly?
