1. When it comes to change, what is your honest first impression when you hear about change that’s going to occur? 2. What are two times in your past where change served you well, yet looking back you know you were initially resistant, and what did you learn from that experience? 3. What are two things you’re going to do to successfully embrace the impending change, and what can I do to assist you?

1. Projects are in motion, and we need to make sure we hit our deadlines, and any resistance to the change required for this to occur will impede the results. Hearing that, what do you need to do to accelerate and execute going forward? 2. What are two things you can do immediately to drive the change that is required? 3. What is one thing holding you back as it relates to the pending change that you know you need to successfully overcome for all of us to be successful?
Red Light: Needs Immediate Attention
1. Change is very difficult, and most people have a lot on their plates. Knowing that, what is your major obstacle specific to change and what can you do to immediately overcome it, knowing our deadlines are approaching fast? 2. What is 1 area you know personally holding you back specific to the pending change, and what are you willing to do to overcome it in a very short period of time?
