What is one thing that comes to your mind immediately when I ask what can we do to revitalize your energy specific to your job? 3. What are two things you’d like to see occur within the team that you know would have a positive effect?

Yellow Light: Needs Attention

1. When it comes to feeling burnt out, how is this affecting you inside and outside of work, and what have you been doing and are willing to do to turn it around successfully? 2. What are two things you can do to fuel your mind positively before, during and after work? 3. In the spirit of cooperation and collaboration, what could we do together to revitalize your and the team’s energy in the very near term?

Red Light: Needs Immediate Attention

1. One of the toughest things about leadership is maintaining focus on business initiatives in the projects that need to be done. With that said, we also know people have recently felt some burn out, and I’m wondering what you and I can do together in the very short term for you to turn things around successfully, and what’s one major suggestion you have that we could do as a team to reinvigorate the team?
