When you think of having conversations of empathy, what’s the first thing that goes through your mind and why? 3. What do you feel is the opportunity for you to become more empathetic as it relates to your team and your personal career goals?
Yellow Light: Needs Attention
1. People need empathy in their working environment, especially with coaching. Knowing that to be true, where do you feel like you can accelerate your efforts? 2. What is the specific short-term opportunity when it comes to being more empathetic with your teammates? 3. What is the specific opportunity related to your personal goals and motivations knowing empathy will support those initiatives?
Red Light: Needs Immediate Attention
1. Knowing that empathy will assist you and others around you, what can we do in a short time period to accelerate these efforts? 2. What are two things you can do starting tomorrow to be more conscientious and to put efforts of empathy into your actions?
