Green Light: Let’s Get Going
1. Next week come in with two examples where you successfully engaged with your teammates with an influential attitude and positive demeanor. 2. Next week come in with two examples of where you went above and beyond the call of duty assisting your teammates without them having to ask you. What success and/or benefit did you experience because of it?
Yellow Light: Needs Attention
1. Knowing we need to increase the overall fiber of the team, next week come in with two examples where you went out of your way to truly assist your teammates in a thoughtful and professional demeanor assisting them with their projects. 2. Keeping in mind we need to increase the overall positivity of the team, next week come in with 1 specific example where you missed the mark a bit on an influential or positive attitude with your teammates, and what specific steps will you take moving forward to improve that.
Red Light: Needs Immediate Attention
1. Knowing we need to increase the overall fibers of the team in a really short time period, tomorrow come in with one example of where you went above and beyond the call of duty to help accelerate our efforts. 2. Ask one teammate each week for the next four weeks of what you can do to raise your game as an influential teammate and what those actions might look like.
