1. What are two examples where you had a positive client interaction and what success did you experience from them? 2. Next week come in with two examples of where you went above and beyond in interacting and helping our clients, and what success you experience from them.
Yellow Light: Needs Attention
1. Knowing we need to improve our interactions with clients, next week come in with two examples where you had positive interactions with a client in a thoughtful and professional way, and what successes you experienced because of that. 2. Keeping in mind we need to improve our ability to positively engage with our clients, next week come in with 1 specific example where you struggled in a client interaction, and what specific steps will you take moving forward to improve that. What barriers are currently keeping you from having more positive client interactions? How can we remove those barriers?
Red Light: Needs Immediate Attention
1. Knowing we need to improve our client interactions in a more positive way in a very short time period, come in tomorrow with two specific examples where your positive interaction with a client resulted in success. 2. Tomorrow, come in with 1 specific example where you missed the mark on a client interaction, and what specific steps you’re going to take very quickly to improve on those skills that will lead you to success in the future. 3. Ask one teammate each week for the next four weeks of ways they engage positively with their clients, and 1 thing you can do to improve your interactions with a client. Write out what those actions might look like.
