Time Management
Green Light: Let’s Get Going
1. Next week come in and share two examples of where you managed your time effectively, and the success you experienced because of it. 2. Next week come in and share 1 example of where your time management capabilities didn’t quite hit the mark, identify the barriers to why, and what steps you’re going to take to improve that area of time management. 3. List all your important tasks on paper (or digitally), and itemize the top five that are the most important to your role. Then mark down how long each task takes you to complete, and rank which ones take the most time. This learning project often brings to light a lot of tasks that may be less important but generates unnecessary time-suck from their days.
