1. Send out a definition for the ideal client interaction and have people share and copy everybody on the e-mail chain two strengths they have and one area where they have an opportunity to improve. This vulnerability leads to greater conversation around improving client interactions. 2. Find a video on great customer service (YouTube, etc) and after the video have everyone share two actions they are going to take based on what they observed and learned.
More Aggressive Suggestions
1. Set up a peer-to-peer sharing network with everyone sharing two successes in client interactions they had and what they learned, with each group of two sharing with the rest of the team what they did and what were the specific results. 2. Send out a customer-service based inspiring quote every week and have people respond with two things they will do to support or emulate that quote.
