Confidence
Suggestions to Start
1. Confidence specifically comes from repetition and practice with positive reinforcement. Find a person(s) who needs to improve their confidence and find an experienced confident peer who can provide positive feedback when they observe positive attributes. 2. Ask people struggling with confidence to journal every day two things they did well where they felt progress was attained and confidence was somewhat achieved.
More Aggressive Suggestions
1. From a perception standpoint, find a video (YouTube, etc.) or someone who demonstrates confidence and have the person(s) being coached watch the video and itemize two things they observed they would like to aspire to achieve. 2. After the video, ask them to journal once a week two things they did from an action perspective to meet the perception of the video watched.
