Suggestions to Start
1. Create a definition of positive change. 2. Then share the definition to the person(s) you’re coaching and have them e-mail back two things they do to support the definition and one or two ways they sometimes will demonstrate resistance to the change. This will provide greater insight to their relationship with change.
More Aggressive Suggestions
1. Assign the book The Three Levels of Change by Dr. John Kotter. Have the person(s) you are coaching read the book and e-mail you two things they learned from each chapter and the specific actions they will put into play as a result of those readings.
