LOT 11 – CHROME 10 YO/DUNN JOHN MULE/15.3 HH CORY DRAKE – DALLAS, TEXAS

Chrome is a double-registered line back dun mule is as broke as they come. She’s registered with both the Pinto Horse Association and the American Buckskin Registry Association (ABRA). A former show mule with experience in ranch and western disciplines, she rides beautifully and confidently handles any terrain. She is excellent feet and a calm, collected demeanor. She’s marked with white socks and distinctive tiger stripes on her shoulders. While a little sun- bleached at the moment, her striking dun color shines with care. She has a kind, willing personality—sweet but not pushy—and doesn’t have a mean bone in her body. She’s always a barn favorite wherever she goes. She gets along effortlessly with everything and everyone— mares, geldings, studs, donkeys, or cattle—and can be turned out with any of them without issue. She’s currently being ridden weekly by a trainer and has had well over $10,000 in professional training. Her only minor quirk is that she can be a little stubborn about taking the bit, usually clenching her teeth until she realizes you’re not giving up. Importantly, she is 100% sound with no health or physical limitations. There’s absolutely nothing keeping her from stepping right back into the show ring if that’s the direction you want to go. This is a well- trained, good-minded, and truly versatile mule with looks, experience, and a heart of gold
