Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

SHINY NEW EQUIPMENT! Stop by the Fitness Center and check out our new equipment! We have recently acquired a new Cybex Eagle Leg Press, Cybex Prestige Row, and Cybex Prestige Dip/Chin assist (replacing the old Gravitron). In addition, we have traded in our old NuStep for a newer and better model. And, we are expecting two new Life Fitness treadmills any day now! You may need to adjust your weight settings with these new machines. Please ask one of our certified trainers for any assistance you many need.

Looking to get some exercise on your way home from work? Your club has a variety of offerings five days a week. Mon/Wed: Evening Pilates at 5:00 and 6:00 PM. Come get an “age-defying” workout to strengthen your core, improve your posture, and enhance athletic performance! Tues/Thurs: Toning & Abs at 5:30 and 6:30 PM. Get a full- body workout using a variety of equipment, with plenty of stretching and ab work in the mix. Fri: Fitness Yoga at 5:45 PM. Build flexibility, stamina and strength!
