Tips to Combat the Winter Blues this Winter
To help kickstart the year, our Wellbeing team are focusing on ways in which you can combat the ‘Winter Blues’. Need to talk? We have 40 Mental Health First Aiders and 16 Mental Health Champions across our sites. Reach out to a Mental Health First Aider by finding them on Marvin or on posters at your sites, or email wellbeing@whistl.co.uk for more support We want to hear from you. Back in December, Dan Rowe from Andy's Man Club visited our Bristol depot and gave a talk to 14 of our employees. Dan educated them about how the club wants to end the stigma surrounding men's mental health, male suicide and help others through the power of conversation.
