Forty Years of Success Makes All the Difference!
This month is Melaleuca’s 40th birthday. It’s hard to believe it, but we’ve been in business now for 40 years! When we first opened our doors, we operated out of the old S&H Green Stamps building in Idaho Falls, Idaho. We started with just eight products, which were all based on the properties of Melaleuca Oil. In fact, Melaleuca Oil was our primary product. We operated out of that building for five years, before we outgrew it and had to find something else. We were growing fast, and needed something larger, quickly. This, our 40th year, has been one of the best years of growth that we’ve had in our 40-year history. And I can confidently say that the best is yet to come.” Ziggy’s hardware had recently gone out of business, and it was the only vacant building in town. We didn’t have time to build a new building, so we bought Ziggy’s, added a second floor, put in a bunch of windows out front, and gave it a nice facade. We lived in that remodeled hardware store for more than 20 years! I’m really proud of the fact that we made it to $1.5 billion in annual sales from Ziggy’s hardware store! Clearly, we weren’t into trying to make a flashy impression with fancy digs. We invested everything that we had back into the company—
into research, development, ingredients, and facilities. We built a factory and distribution center in Idaho Falls, and then another one in Knoxville, Tennessee. When we outgrew Ziggy’s, we built the building that, today, serves as our new global headquarters. I say “new,” but actually we finished it 10 years ago. This impressive structure provides us with 355,000 total square feet of office space. We also have millions of square feet of other operating, manufacturing, and distribution facilities worldwide. I’m sharing this history with you because I feel that the progression of our headquarters represents the progression that we have made in every single area as a company. Not only are the buildings we live in today totally different than when we began, but every aspect of our business has improved in a similar fashion. Forty years of progress can make a tremendous difference. Our products have improved dramatically. We went from eight products, centered around Melaleuca Oil, to hundreds of jaw-droppers that all provide unmatched benefits at an unbeatable value. In fact, we now have more than 450 unique wellness products. We hold more than 100 patents. We’ve invested millions of dollars in product research and have made dozens of scientific breakthroughs—all protected by patents or trade secrets. We’ve also invested hundreds of millions of dollars into computer programming that globally links all of our computer systems in 20 different countries.

day out. And they’re a lot better at what they do today than they were 40 years ago. I can promise that we will change as much in the next 40 years as we did in the first 40. We’ve been busy building the foundation of an organization that is on its way to becoming a tremendous force for good around the world. I believe we are involved in a noble cause. And I’m grateful that you have joined us in that cause. One out of every 200 households in the United States and Canada is a Melaleuca Member. That means that when you drive past 200 homes, you can be sure that at least one of those is a Melaleuca Member. On the other hand, that number represents only one half of one percent of the population. So, we still have 99.5% to go. And, just like your Melaleuca business, we are growing one household at a time. We celebrate the past simply because that’s what we’ve used to build our foundation. This, our 40th year, has been one of the best years of growth that we’ve had in our 40-year history. And I can confidently say that the best is yet to come. Thank you for your continued hard work. We believe in you. I’m confident that your efforts here will bring tremendous personal satisfaction, as well as valuable financial rewards, to you and to those who follow you.
In the last four decades, we have made more than 70 enhancements to the Compensation Plan. Each change made it a little bit better and a little more lucrative. Originally, our Compensation Plan was pretty simple— we paid 7% on seven generations, and we had a car allowance for Senior Directors and Executive Directors. That was it. Now, our Compensation Plan is much more lucrative than it was in the beginning. In fact, we’ve now paid out more than $7.7 billion of supplemental income to average households like yours. Over the years, we’ve made vast improvements in every single facet of our business. Our products, our business opportunity, our marketing literature, and our people have all become significantly better. We’ve invested billions of dollars in infrastructure, factories, global computer systems, research and development, and people. We have much better tools! In fact, we have invested over 15,000 hours and over $5 million in the Grow app, which has been a great asset to our Marketing Executives. My point is that the last 40 years have been magical. I don’t know that 40 years will make you smarter, but you certainly gain knowledge. You learn how to connect the dots. You make better decisions. You can almost see around corners. You can’t really forecast the future, but you can come pretty close. You learn that every obstacle is simply an opportunity. You learn to be grateful for your challenges because what looked like a barrier yesterday was really just a stepping stone. And over time, you become a better leader. And so does everyone around you. Our management team has over 1,800 years of combined Melaleuca experience—and that’s just our directors and above in the US! It’s given me a lot of personal fulfillment to see them grow in stature as individuals. As fathers. And mothers. As citizens in the community. And as business leaders. IMPORTANT REMINDERS: Since its beginning, Melaleuca has operated on the premise that the only viable business model is to have real customers, who purchase products simply because they prefer them over alternative products in the marketplace, rather than because of some financial incentive or involvement with some type of “financial scheme.” This is a matter of ethics, good business principles, and common sense. Melaleuca only wants ‘real customers buying real products because they really want them.’ Operating a Melaleuca business on any other premise is a violation of Melaleuca’s policies. In addition to the terms & conditions above, please take note of the requirements below: • Only real customers are counted under the qualification requirements. They must purchase and pay for their own products . • They also cannot be enticed to enroll simply to help someone win the trip incentive. It is ok to tell someone you are trying to qualify for a contest and use that as a sense of urgency to get someone to sit down and listen to an Overview. It is not ok to use the contest to twist someone’s arm into enrolling, and absolutely not ok to tell them you only need them to enroll for two (2) months and then they can cancel. We want to make it clear that Marketing Executives who misuse the Trip Incentive in that way will be disqualified and risk termination of their Melaleuca business. • Marketing Executives that have a high cancellation rate at the end of the Year End Challenge will be audited and disqualified at the company’s total discretion if it is determined that customers enrolled only to help someone win the challenge and cancelled because the Year End Challenge period was over. • Melaleuca reserves the right to audit any business and deny qualifications to those businesses that it suspects of violating this principle. Interpretations as to whether a Marketing Executive has violated this policy are entirely at Melaleuca’s discretion. • Melaleuca will do its best to do a fair and honest review of the situation. However, Melaleuca’s decision as to whether a participant qualifies for the Incentive will be final. Winners will not be finalized until it can be verified to Melaleuca’s satisfaction that all customers counted as part of the qualification requirements were actually real customers.

The Year End Challenge Prize is non-transferable and cannot be converted to cash. Marketing Executives will receive the prize corresponding to the tier they qualified for. Only one (1) prize will be awarded per individual, and prizes do not accumulate. 2. The trip includes activities, meals, twin-sharing accommodation, airfare, and travel insurance. The departure point will be determined by Melaleuca and all travel will be covered starting at the departure point. 3. Qualifiers are responsible for obtaining valid individual travel documents. 4. Qualification for the trip applies solely to the Marketing Executive and their legal spouse (if applicable). Requests for additional individuals to participate will not be accommodated, as this is a business event. 5. All qualifiers must be Active Members in good standing. To maintain good standing, Marketing Executives must comply with Melaleuca’s Statement of Policies. Melaleuca reserves the right to take corrective action under Policy 43 of its Statement of Policies, which may include disqualification or forfeiture of rewards, and/or imposition of fines.

Qualifying Marketing Executives must achieve organization growth of at least +1 in the month of your first advancement or re-advancement. Marketing Executives will receive the payout after they maintain each new Status or Commission Rate for 3 consecutive months from the month of advancement or readvancement. Mentoring bonuses will not be applicable for this incentive.
MATCHING MENTORING BONUS

ROAD TO SENIOR DIRECTOR CHALLENGE

This is the perfect opportunity to set the goal of reaching Senior Director! Earn an all-expenses-paid trip to the 2026 Melaleuca US Convention or a ₱125,000 cash bonus when you advance to Senior Director by December 2025.
Marketing Executive Requirements: 1. Must be from the Philippines. 2. Must be a new advancement of Senior Director. 3. Must maintain a commission rate of Senior Director or higher for three (3) consecutive months. Payout & Other Information: 1. If the qualifier chooses the ₱125,000 Additional Bonus it will be paid after maintaining the Commission Rate of Senior Director for three (3) consecutive months. 2. If the qualifier chooses the US Convention Trip, maintain the Commission Rate of Senior Director for three (3) consecutive months.
3. The all-expenses-paid trip to the US Convention is scheduled for May 2026. Marketing Executives are responsible for securing their own valid travel documents, such as passports and US visas. 4. The qualification for the trip will only apply to the Marketing Executive and the legal spouse (if applicable) as this is a business event. 5. All qualifiers must be an active Member and in good standing. To be in good standing, Marketing Executives must comply with the Melaleuca’s Statement of Policies.
