Cone Point Angle, Y : The cone point angle is 90 ° ± 2 ° for the following nominal lengths, or longer, shown according to screw size: For nominal size 0, a length of 5 ∕ 64 ; 1, 3 ∕ 32 ; 2, 7 ∕ 64 ; 3, 1 ∕ 8 ; 4, 5 ∕ 32 ; 5, 3 ∕ 16 ; 6, 3 ∕ 16 ; 8, 1 ∕ 4 ; 10, 1 ∕ 4 ; 12, 5 ∕ 16 ; 1 ∕ 4 , 5 ∕ 16 ; 5 ∕ 16 , 3 ∕ 8 ; 3 ∕ 8 , 7 ∕ 16 ; 7 ∕ 16 , 1 ∕ 2 ; 1 ∕ 2 , 9 ∕ 16 ; 9 ∕ 16 , 5 ∕ 8 ; 5 ∕ 8 , 3 ∕ 4 ; and for 3 ∕ 4 , 7 ∕ 8 .
