Chocolate Gut-Friendly Smoothie Bowl

SERVINGS: 1 PREP TIME: 5–7 MINUTES

Instructions 1. In a blender, combine almond milk, frozen banana, frozen berries, NutriVital Gut Fibre, raw cacao powder, hemp seeds, and almond meal. 2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If it’s too thick, add a splash of almond milk to reach your preferred consistency. 3. Pour into a bowl. Drizzle with raw honey if desired. 4. Add desired toppings. 5. Serve immediately and dig in!

Ingredients • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1 frozen banana • 1/2 cup frozen berries (blueberries, raspberries, or strawberries) • 1 scoop NutriVital Gut Fibre (4g) • 1 tbsp Organic Road Raw Cacao Powder • 1 tbsp Natural Road Hemp Seeds • 1 tbsp Natural Road Almond Meal • 1 tsp Organic Road Raw Honey (optional) • Optional toppings: fresh berries, chia seeds, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, nuts, extra hemp seeds.

Chocolate Gut Fibre Raw Bars SERVINGS: 8 BARS PREP TIME: 10–12 MINUTES (PLUS CHILLING)

Ingredients • 1 cup Natural Road Almond Meal • 2 tbsp Organic Road Raw Cacao Powder • 2–3 tbsp Organic Road Raw Honey • 1 scoop NutriVital Gut Fibre (4 g) • 2 tbsp Natural Road Hemp Seeds • 1/4 cup Organic Road Raw Mixed Nuts (optional: other preferred nuts) • 1/4 cup Organic Road Unsweetened Shredded Coconut (optional) • 2–3 tbsp water or almond milk (to bind)

Instructions 1. In a bowl, mix almond meal, raw cacao powder, NutriVital Gut Fibre, hemp seeds, chopped nuts, and shredded coconut. 2. Add raw honey and just enough water/ almond milk to form a sticky dough. 3. Press the mixture firmly into a small loaf pan or square tin lined with parchment paper. 4. Chill in fridge for at least 30 mins until firm. 5. Cut into bars and store in the fridge (up to 1 week) or freezer (up to 1 month).

Ingredients • 2 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, rocket, kale) • 1/2 cup shredded carrot • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced • 1/4 avocado, diced

Instructions 1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey (if using), and NutriVital Bio-fermented Turmeric until smooth. 2. Toss salad greens, carrot, bell pepper, and avocado in a large bowl. 3. Drizzle the turmeric dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat. 4. Sprinkle Organic Road Pepitas on top for crunch and extra nutrition. 5. Serve immediately.

Ingredients • 1 cup Organic Road Raw Cashews (soaked 2–3 hours for creaminess)

• 1 tbsp NutriVital Bio-fermented Turmeric • 1/2 tsp Organic Road Turmeric Powder • 1 scoop NutriVital Gut Fibre (4g) • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1–2 tbsp Organic Road Raw Honey (optional) • 1/4 tsp Natural Road Celtic Sea Salt Fine • 2–3 tbsp water to thin if needed • Optional: 1 tbsp Organic Road pepitas for topping Instructions 1. Instructions 1. In a blender, combine avocado, raw cacao powder, turmeric, Gut Fibre, honey, dates (drain do not add the water), and vanilla extract (if using). Blend until creamy and smooth. 2. Spoon the mixture into small bowls or ramekins. 3. Top with pepitas for crunch. 4. Optional: sprinkle cacao nibs and drizzle a little honey on top for an extra dessert-style finish. 5. Chill for 10–15 minutes if desired, then serve immediately.
