Ingredients • 2 cups mixed salad greens (spinach, rocket, kale) • 1/2 cup shredded carrot • 1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced • 1/4 avocado, diced
Instructions 1. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey (if using), and NutriVital Bio-fermented Turmeric until smooth. 2. Toss salad greens, carrot, bell pepper, and avocado in a large bowl. 3. Drizzle the turmeric dressing over the salad and gently toss to coat. 4. Sprinkle Organic Road Pepitas on top for crunch and extra nutrition. 5. Serve immediately.
