Golden Gut Turmeric Dip and Spread

Ingredients • 1 cup Organic Road Raw Cashews (soaked 2–3 hours for creaminess)

• 1 tbsp NutriVital Bio-fermented Turmeric • 1/2 tsp Organic Road Turmeric Powder • 1 scoop NutriVital Gut Fibre (4g) • 2 tbsp lemon juice • 1–2 tbsp Organic Road Raw Honey (optional) • 1/4 tsp Natural Road Celtic Sea Salt Fine • 2–3 tbsp water to thin if needed • Optional: 1 tbsp Organic Road pepitas for topping Instructions 1. and salt until smooth and creamy. 2. Adjust consistency with water, 1 tbsp at a time. 3. Transfer to a bowl, sprinkle with pepitas if desired. 4. Serve with raw veggie sticks (carrot, cucumber, celery) or as a spread on crackers.

• 1/2 cup frozen mango or pineapple • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk • 1 tsp NutriVital Bio-fermented Turmeric • 1 scoop NutriVital Gut Fibre (4 g) • 1 heaped tablespoon Natural Road Collagen Hydrolysate • 1 tsp Organic Road Raw Honey • 1 tbsp Organic Road Pepitas • 1 tsp Organic Road Raw Cacao Powder Instructions 1. Blend all ingredients until smooth and creamy. Add more almond milk if needed. 2. Pour into a glass or bowl. 3. Top with extra pepitas, shredded coconut, or cacao nibs. 4. Serve immediately.
