Swimmer 4 and 5 Ages: 6+ years
Swimmer 4: Intermediate swimmers practice underwater swims, front/back crawl, whip kick, and breaststroke with breathing. They complete Swim to Survive® and build endurance with sprints and interval training. Swimmer 5: Swimmers master dives, cannonball entries, and somersaults while refining strokes with 50 m swims and breaststroke. Training includes sprints and intervals: 4 × 50 m crawl and 4 × 15 m breaststroke.
