Our Local Government Council is Norfolk County’s governing body, with nine members—the Mayor and eight Councillors representing each of Norfolk’s seven wards—who are elected through the municipal election process every four-years. Speak at a Council meeting You have the right to take part in local government by making a deputation. This means you can speak directly to Council at a meeting, or you can send your comments in writing.
