4 This project included improvements along Frontier Trail, Del Rio Drive and Conestoga Trail. While a mix of rehabilitation techniques were used, most streets underwent full reconstruction, including replacement of underground sewer and water infrastructure and construction of new pavement with curb and gutter. Additional improvements included new street lighting, enhanced stormwater management, lift station upgrades and traffic calming features. 5 This $7 million project was originally planned for construction in 2025 but was postponed to 2026. The scope shifted from a full reconstruction with dual roundabouts to a more targeted pavement rehabilitation approach. Planned improvements include widening at the railroad crossing, rehabilitation of street, trail and sidewalk pavements and replacement of the traffic signal at West 78 th Street. Additional work includes pavement along Chan View, watermain improvements, street lighting and landscaping. A key component is the downtown water reuse system serving the Civic Campus and City Center Park ballfields. Market Boulevard Rehabilitation
