Our Site Manager Development Programme is a senior management priority and assists in preparing our Trade and Site Supervisors to take that first step in transitioning into the role of a Site Manager. This is a structured 6-month programme, which consists of a mix of external and internal (onsite) training. Each person will be supported with their development throughout the programme by their line manager and mentor.
