Regulatory Framework and Legal Issues in Business II is the second installment of a two-part textbook in Regulatory Framework and Legal Issues in Business—one of the courses under the Bachelor of Science in Accountancy. This is intended primarily for accountancy and business students as well as certified public accountant (CPA) board-examination candidates. Moreover, this book could also be a good material for law students. Simplified examples were incorporated, and Supreme Court decisions were digested in a simple manner, which served as a tool for easier comprehension of pertinent articles or sections. Terms and their definitions used in different articles were also included to enable readers to appreciate and comprehend well the meaning of the law. True or false and multiple-choice questions were provided at the end of every chapter for review purposes. Regulatory Framework and Legal Issues in Business II
